I doubt there are many people who have not heard, of the Biblical Samson. Renowned for his great strength and fearless courage and long golden hair; he became the stuff of legends.
Samson comes to us through the great mysteries of Moses; (although actually the Authorship of Judges is given as unknown. And I have no need of pointless arguments about things that will enlighten themselves when needs be.)
This great man of Renown was venerated for his immense strength and muscles, he was a formidable wrestler, and fearsome enemy; famed for his golden tresses, which was the source of his great power.
Nevertheless, our Hero was never ever a living person.
The name Samson, was just one of the Biblical names given to the constellation we know better as Hercules (Roman title) or the Greek god Herakles. Indeed, the constellation of Hercules, is one of the oldest and most venerated constellations known to man. The Celts called him Ogmois, and the Egyptians called him Seth, and he appears first in the Old Testament as Cain and later in Noah’s story he is called Canaan.
The constellation of Samson/Hercules resides in the sign of Scorpio, and like the stars of the Scorpion they are on the wane, and soon to almost disappear from the night sky as Autumn takes hold. But they do not drop completely below the Horizon, which is why Samson or Hercules live on through Autumn and Winter, even though both lose their great strength; Samson through having his hair shaved off, while Hercules is set to womanly tasks.
[ I need to clarify this statement; Astrology is one of those subjects almost everybody thinks they know something about, whereas in reality they know very little. People naturally assume that the stars of their birth sign are at the peak, their highest elevation and greatest power and influence during that month.
But in reality, it is total opposite, as the stars of any zodiac sign are at their end, their death, in their named month. The stars of Scorpio started their ascent, rising above the horizon in late Pisces, as Hercules starts to rise so does the Scorpion as the Bull of Taurus is heading into the final stages of its descent, and thus the Scorpion is depicted stinging the Bull’s testicles.
Therefore, the lifespan, and influence, of Scorpio begins in Pisces, and continues through Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra before finally dying in Scorpio.
So, let us consider the truth behind the labours of Samson.
[There was a man from Zorah, called Manoah, of the tribe of Dan, whose wife remained barren, until one day a messenger of the Lord arrived and told him that he his wife would conceive, and that she would bare a boy child, who was to be brought up as a Nazarite].
‘The woman gave birth to a boy and named him Samson. He grew and the Lord blesses him, and the Spirit of the Lord began to stir him while he was in Mahaneh Dan, between Zorah and Eshtaol.
‘Samson went down to Timnath and saw there a young Philistine woman. When he returned, he said to his father and mother, “I have seen a Philistine woman in Timnath; now get her for me as my wife”.
[his father tried to get him to change his mind and choose a wife from his own kind, but Samson was adamant and they agreed to his request].
Samson went down to Tinmath together with his father and mother. As they approached the vineyards of Timnath, suddenly a young lion came roaring toward him. The Spirit of the Lord came upon him in power so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done.
Then he went down and talked with the woman, and he liked her.
So, Samson had thus performed his first labour, like Hercules he had slain and replaced the lion of Leo.
Now I have already stated that Samson has station in Scorpio, now to explain the other words of note. The Hebrew tribe of Dan, are allotted to the zodiac sign of Scorpio, and the word Zorah which signifies a small-or narrow place’ has certainly been linked to the sign of Scorpio, and its states that the Spirit of the Lord first enlightened him, while he was between, Mahaneh, Scorpio-Dan, and Zorah and Eshtoal; Eshtoal is Hell -underworld, but really death.
Now I have already stated in my work on the sons of Jacob, that there is a very important link between Hercules and the Messiah. The birth of the true Messiah must occur in Gemini, but the conception takes place in Virgo. And Jesus tells Nathanael the disciple he loved the most and would keep alive until he returned; that he knew him while he was still seated beneath the fig tree. And the fig tree is sacred to Virgo. What he said in real terms ‘is that he knew him while he was still in the womb. And Samson who is Hercules, was to be born a Nazarite, someone dedicated- given over to God, the word Nazarite signifies, ‘he who is to be crowned.’ Now, Mahaneh, is a title of the moon and Virgo, so what we should have read was this,
The Spirit of the Lord first stirred (enlightened) in him when he was between Mahaneh (Virgo) and Dan (Scorpio) between a narrow (small place -birth) and Eshtaol (death). Because we are all as good as dead before birth.
And you cannot deny at least that Scorpio lies- occupies a small area between Virgo’s skirt and Sagittarius- death. Furthermore, Libra was never a full-blooded sign, it was a marker, border between Summer and Autumn, life and death.
But take serious note of the name of Samson’s father

For Noah was the accredited father of Autumn, called Canaan who was born to Ham -Winter and both Noah and Canaan were allotted to the zodiac sign of Scorpio.
So, what you might ask, is the real, nitty-gritty point of this first labour. It is this; from the beginning of Spring Solstice, the days begin to lengthen, as they do, the new year’s growth begins to appear, the seeds sprout, the leaves grow. And during this period the Sun supports life, and those things that appeared in Spring continue to grow in Summer. But then, as the sun ascends to its Zenith, the heat, it power starts to have the opposite effect, the plants start to seed, and the stalks die. This idea is beautiful explained in another myth; in which we are told the Sun and Mother Earth are lovers.
Let me tell the story as I remember it.
In the beginning mother earth, like Eve was naked, and as the Sun rose and looked upon her nakedness, he was filled with passion and lust for her. And Mother Earth feeling ardent heat and great eye upon her, called upon the wind to move the clouds around, to make it look like she was dancing enticingly before him. As his passion grew, the heat from his lusty eye peeled away the wispy veils one by one, until nothing was hidden from him. He swooped down from his high place and they embraced, and he made love to her, and she became pregnant, and for a while their love blossomed. But soon enough she gave birth and bid her lover to do his fatherly worth, and provide for the welfare and safety of their children.
At first, he was pleased with his offspring, and watched over them, supplying all their needs, but as they grew, he had to spend more and more time attending to their daily needs, and less and less time with his lover, thus.
Day by day his patience waned,
As day by day his passion grew.
And week by week he began to plot,
Frustrated more and more by his tiresome lot.
Then frustration turned to anger,
And he burned the bloody lot.
Oh, Mother earth, she cried,
The day the music of her children died,
She called the winds for storms to bring,
And for thunders roar, a lightnings sting.
And the Sun in deep remorse,
Hid his face and pondered his course;
While she wondered lonely as a cow,
No grass to eat, the land she ploughed.
The 1st labour is finished, the 2nd begun.
After performing the same first Labour as Hercules, the slaying of Leo, the Lion; the labours of Samson and Hercules seem to differ in their order, and how they were achieved, but the intent is exactly the same.
Following his slaying of Lion. Samson had persuaded his parents to arrange his marriage to a Philistine woman who owned a vineyard in Timnath.
The word Timnath, signifies an 8th, or the 8th part of, or the 8th month or zodiacal sign, which is by the sacred and static calendar, Virgo. And in Virgo there is Star called Vindematrix, later known as Vindemiator, the gatherer of Grapes; the Greeks said it represented Ampelus, the Vine.
Now I have explained how the stars of a sign are leaving the heavens in the month named-sign named after them, Samson is still in the heavens when Virgo has departed into the lower regions, thus as it states very clearly Samson went down to Tinmath, to visit this Philistine woman, who lived in Virgo, whose constellation had already entered the realms of underworld.
This part of Samson’s story is in reality no different to the story of how the Egyptian god Seth, tricked Osiris the Summer Sun into his own grave, and then took his wife Isis into the vineyards to take her as his own. However, as Samson and his parents pass by the skinned carcass of the Lion, Samson had killed, wild bees had made a hive in its empty stomach, and Samson took of the honey and shared it with his parents, but he did not tell them it was he, himself who had killed the Lion.
Now his father went down to see the woman. And Samson made a feast there, (as did Seth for Osiris), as it was customary for bridegrooms. For while the woman is never named she can only be the queen of harvest, Virgo. When Samson appeared, he was given 30 companions. [one for each of the 30 days of the lunar month.]
“Let me tell you a riddle,” Samson said to them.
“If you can give me the answer within 7 days of the feast, I will give you 30 linen garments and 30 sets of clothes. If you can’t tell me the answer, you must give me 30 garments and 30 sets of clothes.”
“Tell us your riddle,” they said, “Let’s hear it.”
He replied,
“Out of the eater, something to eat;
Out of the strong, something sweet”.
[the companions could not fathom the riddle and forced Samson’s wife to get the answer for them. And after, and near on 7 days of continual questioning and moaning Samson finally had enough and told her the answer to the riddle, and she immediately told the Philistines. Before Sunset on the 7th day the men gathered and said to Samson].
“What is sweeter than honey?
What is stronger than a lion?”
Samson said to them.
“If you had not ploughed with my heifer,
You would not have solved my riddle”.
Now at this point Samson has seemingly done nothing.
So, let me explain certain points. In Seth’s entombment of Osiris, he is given 72 likeminded companions, who represented the 72 years it took for 1 degree of 360 degrees of the year and any circle to pass. [thus, it took
72 years for 1 degree of Zodiac to pass,
But there were 360 degrees to the full circle-cycle, divided into 12 signs of 30 degrees each. Thus, it took 2160 years for each sign and 30 degrees of the zodiac to pass, thus 25920 years was reckoned by the designers of the great Pyramid, for the completion of the full zodiac cycle, which they seem to think will occur in the near future.
Nevertheless, the 30 companions given to Samson were unable to understand his riddle of their own accord, whereas Seth’s companions knew everything he was doing or thinking because they were part of him, exact copies, like minded fellows. The 30 companions given to Samson represented the days of the general or Lunar- civil month. Thus, they were not exact copies thus they had no idea what he was doing or plotting. But by dire threats they trick Samson’s bride into betraying him. This drives him wild with anger, he goes down into Ashkelon [that is underworld, Hell], and slaughters 30 of their own kind, strips them of their clothing and gives them to those who answered the riddle, before returning to his father’s house still boiling with anger. While his Philistine bride is given in marriage to one of his companions in his absence.
Later on, at the time wheat harvest, Samson took a young goat and went to visit his wife.
[but when he arrived there, her father kept him from her, and explained that he was convinced that he would not have wanted her after she had betrayed him; and so, he had given her to one of his companions, and offered him her younger sister as compensation].
Samson said to them,
“This time I have a right to get even with the Philistines; I will really harm them”.
So, he went out and caught 300 foxes and tied them tail to tail in pairs. He then fastened a torch to every pair of tails, lit the torches and let the foxes loose in the standing grain of the Philistines. He burned up the shocks and standing grain, together with the vineyards and olive groves.
[this was a cruel revenge; it was harvest time, his foxes set fire to the grain still waiting to be harvested, and the bundles -Shocks of cut grain waiting to be collected and taken to the threshing floor, they set fire to the olive trees, and the vines in their vineyards, famine would soon open its ever- hungry mouth.
But these foxes are not what they seem, they are bolts of lightning. Harvest time, was also a time of lightning storms. The grain and ground was dry, lightning strikes common, they shattered trees and set fires. [ it is interesting to note that at the main festival of the Roman goddess Ceres from mid to late April, called the Cerealia, that the festivities opened with a horse race in the circus maximus, after the last race foxes with lightened torches tied to their tails, were released into the circus. Ceres was a green goddess associated, agricultural fertility, often like Virgo depicted holding wheat.]
The 2nd line of information comes from the numbers, 300 divided into 2 equals 150, and signifies 150 days plus 150 nights equals 5 months, Autumn and Winter was given only 5 months, but by performing this revenge- labour, Samson like Hercules has cut and seared the heads of the hydra].
[ When the Philistines found out that the culprit was Samson they marched to his ex-brides, and fathers house and burned them to death; but that only made Samson more, angry; he attacked them and killed many, then he fled, and went down and stayed in a cave in the rock of Etam [ sig’ Eagle, the constellation of Corvus in the lower part of Virgo]. While the Philistines set on revenge went up and camped in Judah. {the tribe of Judah, were allotted to Leo; even the king-emperor of Ethiopia, is known as the Lion of Judah, so we may understand the Philistines went up into the heavens and camped in the house- sign of Leo. Not to attack the people of Judah, but to threaten them in to handing Samson to them, as they had done by threatening Samson’s Philistine bride. The threat worked and 3000 men of Judah went down to the rock of Etam {the constellation of the Eagle}, to capture and bind him and hand him over to the Philistines.
[they said to Samson].
“Don’t you realise that the Philistines are rulers over us? What have you done to us?”. He answered,
“I merely did to them what they did to me”.
They said to him,
“We’ve come to tie you up and hand you over to the Philistines.” Samson said,
“Swear to me that you won’t kill me yourselves”.
“Agreed,” they answered,
“We will only tie you up and hand you over to them. We will not kill you.” So, they bound him with 2 new ropes and led him up from the rock. As he approached Lehi [sig, the ‘jaw bone’, the astrologers placed an Ass’ head in the first deacon of Leo], the Philistines came toward him shouting.
The Spirit of the Lord came upon him in power. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands. Finding a fresh jawbone of a donkey {the word should be Ass}, he grabbed it and struck down a thousand men. Then Samson said.
“With an ass’s jawbone
I have made ass’ of them.
With an ass’s jawbone
I have killed a 1000men.”
When he finished speaking, he threw away the jawbone; and the place was called Ramath Lehi. [the High place of the Jaw-Bone.]
Because he was very thirsty, he cried out to the Lord,
“You have given your servant this great victory. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”
Then God opened up the hollow place in Lehi and water came out of it. When Samson drank, his strength returned and he revived. So, the spring was called En Hakkore, and it is still there in Lehi. [‘En Hakkore’, sig, fountain of the palm tree, this tree was sacred to Virgo, and the fleshy pulp of the palm was known to be very nutritious.]
John 12-12. The next day a great crowd that had come for the feast heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem they took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting,
“Hosana!”
“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
“Blessed is the king of Israel!”.
The Babylonians behaved in a similar way, as Alexander the Great approached the City of Babylon. ~
Samson led Israel for 20 years in the days of the Philistines.
[now this section {from when the men of Judah went to capture Samson, Judges, 15-11 to 20}, is going to take some explaining. Let’s consider the numbers, firstly, 3000 men, were really only 30; and they were the days of the month of Leo- Judah. The 1000 men he killed were not even a 100, but 10, they were the 10 months including his own that had pasted from the beginning of earth’s cycle around the Sun, that is Aquarius to Scorpio, January to October. The 20 years Samson led Israel during the days of the Philistines, could be taken as the 20 fortnights of said months, or 20 days or 2 seasons, the story itself should reveal all.
Next, we have names. ‘Ramath’, signifies a high place, that is as in the heavens, astrologically above the zodiac circle; it is also difficult not to associate Ram-ath, with Aries which sits high on the back of Taurus. Aries- the Ram is on its way out of the heavens in Aries and had risen in Virgo-Libra. Ass’s appear several times in zodiac, in Cancer, in Leo, etc.
the word ‘Lehi’ signifies a jawbone. ‘En’, I generally take as eye, in or fountain, but that is without considering the word it connects to; ‘Hakkore’ signifies ‘of -from the palm tree, the palm leaf is certainly and very often seen in the hands of Virgo, and where better for Samson to seek succour, than in his mother’s house.
Thus armed, we must ask, what does it all add up to or point towards. When the men of Leo, tide Samson up, they were effectively tying up the cut wheat ready for transporting to the threshing floor, what we call ‘shocks’, now Samson we know is of Scorpio and thus lightning is what charred the ropes, and released him. He had tricked them, fooled them as Hercules had done by donning the skin of Leo to pretend he was Leo, having brought them to his ambush he slaughtered them. But the task had used up all his strength, but Virgo through harvest brings food, Samson- Hercules, thus revived finishes his task, his labours, Spring and Summer are defeated?
What happens next in Samson’s story should have rung alarm bells with all those who have studied Hercules thoroughly.
One-day, Samson went to Gaza, where he saw a prostitute. He went in to spend the night with her.
The people of Gaza were told, “Samson is here!” So, they surrounded the place and lay in wait for him all night at the city gate. They made no move during the night, saying, “At dawn we’ll kill him.”
But Samson lay there only until the middle of the night. Then he got up and took hold of the doors of the city gate, together with the 2 posts, and tore them loose, bar and all. He lifted them to his shoulders and carried them to the top of the hill that faces Hebron.
Hercules was on occasions portrayed in statue form holding a huge gate on his shoulders, and the word ‘Gaza’ signifies a goat, as connected to Capricorn, with its half goat half fish appearance, and Hebron, signifies, conjunction.
They anciently pretended that there were 2 gates in the heavens, 1 in the tropic of Cancer, the other in the Tropic of Capricorn, also known as the Summer and Winter Solstices, the gates kept out when closed, let in, when open, by removing the gate Samson was removing the barrier that kept Winter out.
When one gate is fully closed the other is fully open, but the closed gate remains only fully shut for a short time then it begins gradually to open again, immediately it starts to open, the fully open gate begins to close. This is because the solstices occur when the Sun is furthest from the Equator, the Sun seems to linger, remain still, before rising towards the Equator again: the word ‘SOLTICE’ signifies from Latin, make or stand still, while ‘tropic’ from Latin, giving ‘turn’ as in turn about, around, return the way you had come.
Put it another way, the gate that stands in Cancer, began to open to let Spring begin in Aries, during March, in June, Cancer it is half open and by Libra fully opened, and the WINTER gate of Capricorn is fully closed locking Winter out. But it remains closed only a short time, then it begins to open again and Scorpio, Hercules and SAMSON, sneak in unnoticed, they have come to close the gate of Summer- Cancer, and lock Summer out and open the gate to Winter.
Sometime later, he fell in love with a woman in the Valley of Sorek [ sig’ vine] whose name was Delilah.
The rulers of the Philistines went to her and said,
“See if you can lure him into showing you the secret of his great strength and how we can overpower him so we may tie him up and subdue him. Each one of us will give you 1100 shekels of silver.”
So, Delilah said to Samson,
“Tell me the secret of your great strength and how you can be tied up and subdued.”
Samson answered her,
“If anyone ties me with 7 fresh thongs that have not dried, I’ll become as weak as any other man.”
Then the rulers of the Philistines brought her 7 fresh thongs that had not been dried, and she tied him with them. With men hidden in the room, she called him,
“Samson, the Philistines are upon you!”
But he snapped the thongs as easily as a piece of string snaps when it comes close to a flame. So, the secret of his strength was not discovered.
The word ‘Sorek’, signifies, vines, and Samson, had been to the Valley of the Vines before, for his 1st bride owned vineyards in Timnah, but I am inclined towards the constellation of the Wine press, because the name Delilah, signifies to exhaust, reduce the force of, make thin, deplete, dampen, disable etc.
The 7 fresh thongs were like 7 blades of grass, the grass is cut, but it is not dead, and continues to grow, just as the 7 heads of the Hydra had. The tying was as shocks are tied, but because the ties were green, the grass is not bound by its cutting, it merely bursts forth again. But in reality, it is Hercules- Scorpio who is tied, for Spring and Summer must pass before he is released from his green bondage. It is the Sun that by its action of burning the wheat to death, turning it from green and fresh, to golden brown releases Samson from his bonds.
[ at this stage, you might begin to wonder whose side is Samson on, for he on the one hand seems hell bent on bringing Summer to an end, on the other it seems he is Summer, because while he is bound by the 7 months of greenery, he is the person responsible for breaking those bonds, by his searing heat, and spears of lightning].
We are not told whether Samson did anything to the Philistines, hidden in the room; the story continues,
The Delilah said to Samson,
“You have made a fool of me; you lied to me. Come now, tell me how you can be tied”. He said,
“If anyone ties me securely with new ropes that have never been used, I’ll be as weak as any man”.
So, Delilah took new ropes and tied him with them. Then, with men hidden in the room, she called to him,
“Samson, the Philistines are upon you!” but he snapped the ropes off his arms as if they were threads.
This is the 2nd time Samson has mis-lead Delilah, new ropes are green ropes, they are easily broken free from, only recut and dried fibres were used to make ropes. If you made a rope from green hemp and applied tension to it, it would snap but even if it didn’t the fire of rot and mould would soon devour it.
Delilah then said to Samson,
“Until now, you have been making a fool of me. Tell me how you can be tied”. He replied,
“If you weave the 7 braids of my head into the fabric [on the loom] and tighten it with the pin, I’ll become as weak as any other man.”
So, while he was sleeping, Delilah took the seven braids of his head, wove them into the fabric and tightened it with a pin. Again, she called to him,
“Samson, the Philistines are upon you!”
He awoke from his sleep and pulled Up the pin and the loom, with the fabric.

[the 1st thing that I have problems with in this section of the story is the translation itself. It hardly makes sense, it seems Samson hair has been braided into 7 strands, the 7 strands are woven to form fabric, a cloth, they are secured by a pin, but to what, Samson upon waking pulls the fabric, the loom and pin Up, as if he was stacked or pinned to the ground. Perhaps not that distant from his tearing of the gate, the posts and even the bar out of the ground. But there is a constellation in the heavens anciently called the loom, by the Philistines, and even till quite recent times it has been depicted in its proper place in heavens by those who draw and name them, but why would ancient people place a loom in the heavens? Consider Goliath, the Giant warrior, Philistine who so tormented the Israelites and King Saul. Goliath carried a {1 Samuel, 17-7. His spear shaft was like a weaver’s rod, and its iron point weighed 600 shekels}. Even today Egyptian cotton is highly regarded.
The point is that Samson’s hair represents the 7 months of growth, just as did the 7 heads of the Hydra, Samson’s hair could only be woven after it was removed, after the cotton was harvested, but because Delilah did it while it was still attached to Samson’s head, thus it had no effect on his strength.]
Then she said to him,
“How can you say, ‘I love you’, when you won’t confide in me? This is the 3rd time you have made a fool of me and haven’t told me the secret of your great strength.” With such nagging, she prodded him day after day until he was tired to death.
So, he told her everything.
“No razor has ever been used on my head,” he said, “Because I have been a Nazirite set to God since birth. If my head were shaved, my strength would leave me, and I would become as weak as any other man”.

But what is a Nazirite, Moses partially explains the vow of the Nazirite in ‘Numbers 6-2, John the Baptist was born under the regulation and rules of the Nazirite as was Jesus.
What is a Nazirite?
The 1st rule is that the child who is given over to it, or person that makes a promise to do something for the Lord’s sake and glory, must not drink or partake of anything that produces alcohol, from the moment they make the vow until that have completed it, no matter how long it takes. This means they may not eat things like apples, grapes, etc. any fruit or vegetable which may ferment prior to drinking or in the stomach, is forbidden.
The 2nd rule is that the child or person must not cut their hair in any way during this period. (because if you harvest the wheat, barley before it has seeded, you gain nothing but food, straw for animals, but nothing of worth to mankind.)
The 3rd rule is, no one in their right mind should make such a vow, for the penalties for failure are both cruel and fatal; just ask the Vestal Virgin’s. Anyway, I will leave the subject there, and return to our story.
When Delilah saw that he had told her everything, she sent word to the rulers of the Philistines,
“Come back once more; he told me everything”.
So, the rulers of the Philistines returned with the silver in their hands.
Having put him to sleep on her lap, she called a man to shave off the 7 braids of his hair, and so began to subdue him. And his strength left him.
Then she called,
“Samson, the Philistines are upon you!”
He awoke from his sleep and thought, “I’ll go out as before and shake myself free”. But he did not know that the Lord had left him.
Then the Philistines seized him, gouged out his eyes and took him down to Gaza. Binding him with bronze shackles, they set him to grinding in the prison. But the hair on his head began to grow again after it had been shaved.
Now the rulers of the Philistines assembled to offer a great sacrifice to Dagon their god and to celebrate saying,
“Our god has delivered Samson our enemy, into our hands.”
When the people saw him, they praised their god, saying,
“Our god has delivered our enemy
Into our hands,
The one who laid waste to our land
And multiplied our slain”.
While they were in high spirits, they shouted,
“Bring out Samson to entertain us.”
So, they called Samson out of the prison, and he performed for them.
When they stood him among the pillars, Samson said to the servant who held his hand,
“Put me where I can feel the pillars that support the temple, so that I may lean against them.”
Now the temple was crowded with men and women; all the rulers of the Philistines were there, and on the roof, were about 3000 men and women watching Samson perform.
Then Samson prayed to the Lord,
“O Sovereign Lord, remember me just once more, and let me with one blow get revenge on the Philistines for my 2 eyes.”
Then Samson reached toward the 2 central pillars on which the temple stood. Bracing himself against them, his right hand on the one and his left hand on the other, Samson said,
“Let me die with the Philistines!”
Then he pushed with all his might, and down came the temple on the rulers and all the people in it. Thus, he killed many more when he died than while he lived.
Then his brothers and his father’s whole family went down to get him. They bought him back and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the tomb of Manoah his father. He had led Israel 20 years.
[I am not sure how it could be thought that Samson in anyway ruled the Israelites, for he did nothing in terms of running the country, etc. in deed it might seem that his infatuation with foreign woman caused most of his problems, with the Philistines].
We must remember Samson’s, Hercules first act was to kill, skin and put on the coat of the Lion of Leo, however, it seems that Samson from then on takes a different path. Samson like Osiris and Horus, the wheat-green, gods of Egypt, was given 7 months, 7 braids of hair, 7 heads like the Hydra, then came sleep, death, and harvest. Samson thus appears to signify the Sun of growth, who is at length deprived of his strength in the same way as Hercules subdues the power of the Hydra by severing its seven heads.
Just as the Egyptian god Seth had gouged out the eyes of Horus, after Horus cut off the head of Isis, and run away within hidden under his cloak, so the Philistines gouged out the eyes of Samson, so the Sun was shorn of its golden rays that brought life, and thus was technically blinded, for it was the Sun’s great Eye that men worshipped, for it caused things to spring forth and grow, it brought life and fed it. But when Summer ends the Sun eye grows cold towards its children, and turns a blind eye on their suffering.
And having subdued Samson, the Philistines set him to do a woman’s task, the grinding of the seed for flour. They also called to have him entertain them, he performed but quite what he did we can only guess?
But Spring comes again and the hair on Samson’s head starts to sprout and regrow, and his strength returns; and he brings the temple of Winter down.
[ what’s in a word? The woman? Samson last joined with was called Delilah, signifying, to exhaust, consume, drain of strength, resources, tire out, attenuate, make thin, reduce in force-value-or virulence, she was delegated deliberately to delight, delay and delve into his secret, before delimiting and delivering him for deletion. I would say the name Delilah has something to do with the moon?]
The fact is, the stories of Samson and Hercules are from the same Astronomical myth, based on the heavens and the seasons. They were never ever men, historical characters, no not ever. In fact, all the Greek stories of Troy, Jason and the Argonauts, etc were stories woven around the bare bones of Astrology, not historical fact.
But, there are some points that require some attention, because, as I have strived to tell you in all my works. There is nothing historical about the books of the Old Testament. Everything is based on prophecy, and the tool of prophecy is Sacred Astrology.
Now, do not be deceived by any present authors, or anyone who pretends that they understand Sacred Astrology. For, as my old friend Randle Cotgrave wrote.
So, I turn your attention back to the circumstances of Samson’s conception and birth.
A certain man of Zorah, named Manoah, from the clan of the Danites had a wife who was sterile and remained childless.
Now to remedy the situation he prayed to the Lord, an angel- messenger was sent and gave his wife certain instructions. They were that she must not drink anything alcoholic, nor eat anything that might ferment in the stomach, or eat anything deemed unclean for he was to be born a Nazarite, and that she should not use a razor on his hair from birth till death. The eventual result was; Judges 13-24,
The woman gave birth to a boy and named him Samson. He grew and the Lord blessed him, and the Spirit of the Lord began to stir in him while he was in Mahaneh Dan, tween Zorah and Estaol.
There have been countless discussions by those concerned in the past with understanding the Old and New Testaments, as to what a Nazarite was, or what it signified. The messenger tells the woman. ‘no razor may be used on his head, because the boy is to be a Nazarite, set apart to God from birth.’
It has nothing to do with being born in the ancient town of Nazareth, as some ignorant authors have believed, for neither Samson or John the Baptist who was also a Nazarite were born there. The secret lies in the words, ‘the begotten one’, the crucial line is ‘SET Apart, SEPARATED, or, REMOVED FROM the influence of mankind.
In reality, there will be only one Nazarite, one like Moses removed from the house and influence of his family.
Now a child in reality begins its journey in the womb. How I detest those who support abortion, a foetus, develops a working, thinking brain very soon after conception, far earlier than you know. From the moment, it does it begins to come under the influence of the world around it. It hears the noises from beyond the womb. But in the case of a Nazarite, God steps in first, teaching the child in the womb itself. This is why when Philip the Disciple brings Nathanael to Jesus, and Nathanael asks how he knows him, Jesus answers, ‘I knew you when you were seated under the fig tree. The fig tree being sacred to Virgo. That is to say he knew him while he was still in the womb, before he was born. Thus, as I have stated in so many works already, the sign of Gemini is the sign of the Messiah, and thus he must be conceived technically in the sign of Virgo, 9 months previously. And the book states of Samson,
‘He grew and the Lord blessed him, and the Spirit of the Lord began to stir him, while he was in Mahaneh Dan, between Zorah and Eshtaol.’
Dan, the son of Jacob, was allotted to the zodiac sign of Scorpio. Zorah is also a word given to be an emblem of Scorpio, but it is also the same word as Zoreah, which also pin points the sign of Scorpio. Eshtaol signifies the lower hemisphere, the underworld, death, thus Sagittaius, and we are all dead before we are born. So as a messiah type figure Samson must be conceived on the cusp of Libra, so technically he is both of Virgo and Libra, at the time of conception. In the story of David and Goliath, I explain how David, who is another personification of the Messiah and child of Gemini, defeated the personification of Satan in the form of Goliath. What I did not explain is that the name David, means, divide, division, separation of, relating to the fact that he was originally conceived on the cusp of Libra. So, Samson, John the Baptist and David were technically conceived around the 21st of September. The very next month in Scorpio, between Scorpio and Sagittarius the Lord intervened and set them apart from the world, to serve him alone, without other influences intervening.
