About Polymele

She had been one of the dancers and singers, a follower or priestess of Artemis' choir, who was seduced by Hermes, and bore Eudorus, Eudorus, [generous] who became a commander under Achilles, and was the second of five commanders, and was a very fast and strong fighter. He was brought up by Phylas, Polymele's father after she abandoned when she married Echekles [which man mean 'wealthy man']
