About Dike

She was one of the daughters of Zeus and Themis, she one of the great multitudes of the various personifications of Virgo. She was supposed to rule over moral human justice, and was placed amongst men to keep them in order, but seeing this was impossible, Zeus removed her and placed her in the constellation of 'The Maiden,' next to himself, thus Zeus's station was Leo, and her placed in Virgo, where she could reach the scales of Justice.
