About Tectamus

He was a son of Dorus, no mother's name is given, Tectamus married Cretheus' unnamed daughter, and fathered Asterion. Was either chief of the Dorians and Achaeans, or he may have invaded Crete, with a band of Eolian and Pelasgians.
