There are two good reasons any would be translator and interpreter should own a copy of this book, his French is generally reliable, and most importantly he gives the French versions of the disputed Sixains, but his translations are appalling, and if they are bad, and they are, then nothing he discerns from them can be anything but nonsense.
Despite this, it's a must have for the French versions of the Sixains alone.
