When Julius Caesar introduced the Julian calendar in 46BC the Romans laid claim to having introduced the scales to the zodiac, which is absolute nonsense, I have yet to see an Egyptian or Indian zodiac that did not include them. This was further proved in 1866, a great year for the revelation of old knowledge when Lepsius found the decree of Canopus at Sanor Tanis, produced in 238BC under Euergetes-Ptolemy the 3rd which used the same method of intercalation as used under Caesar, aided by a Roman scribe called Flavius and the Alexandrian astronomer Sosigenes.
