The great Empire will soon be desolated, And transferred to the Ardennes forest:
The 2 bastards by the older one beheaded,
And the bronze-bearded one (Aenobarbe)
With the hawk (Milve) nose will reign.

The English chief delays too long at Nimes,
Towards Spain to help the (Aenobarbe) red beard:
A great many will by the war started that day,
When in Artois the bearded star falls (meteorite?).
