Nostradamus Book 3: Asia

The Asian tiger will abound,
When the snake hisses loud,
Asia, Africa,
then the world to shake,
When the true Serpent
Shows his face.

Nostra is telling us about an extremely nasty being; an inhuman, cruel, spiteful, curst, etc. etc. the only word I pondered over was 'absolution,' which might be better as 'deliverance' not forgiveness, or perhaps penance, retribution?

Nostradamus Century 3, Verse 3

Mars and Mercury, and silver (moon) allied together,
Towards the south extreme drought:
In the depths of Asia one will say the earth trembles (atomic war),
Corinth and Ephesus then in perplexity.

Ephesus was anciently known for its great temple of Artemis, one of the ancient wonders of the world, originally completed around 550BC, it was destroyed and rebuilt more than once. When Alexandra Great entered the city, and saw that the people had not finished rebuilding the temple; he offered to finance it. But the people declined his offer saying, it was not right that one god should pay for the building of another god's temple. Considering the numerous mentions Nostra makes regarding the temple-s of Artemis, we should not be surprised to see the worship of this mother goddess return, no matter how bizarre in these present times it may seem. Ephesus is now Selcuk, Izmir province of Turkey.

Nostradamus Century 4, Verse 68

From a place not far from Venus,
The greatest two from Asia and Africa,
From Ryn and Hister, and the font of venus, (they will say)
Cries, tears, in Malta and the Ligurian coast.

Nostradamus Century 1, Verse 49

Very much before such conspiracies,
Those of the East by the virtue of the Moon:
In the year 1700 they will cause great ones to be carried off,
Subjugating almost all the northern corner, (of Europe).

Nostradamus Century 6, Verse 80

Departing from Morocco, after setting the city on fire and putting the people to the sword,
they will reach those of Europe,
The great One of Asia by land and sea with a vast army,
That the Blues, Persians the Crusaders (cross) they will pursue to death.
